Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Syntaxia may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:

• • You must request the refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
• • Refunds are not available if you have used any interview session credits from your purchase. Once you begin an interview session, the associated credit is considered consumed and non-refundable.
• • You must not be in breach of any other provision of these Terms of Service.
• • All refund decisions are made at Syntaxia's sole discretion and are final.
